About the Opportunity
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product Operations leader to build and scale the operational infrastructure that connects product investments to measurable business outcomes.
Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, this highly visible role will serve as the connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Finance, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing. You will establish the systems, processes, and measurement frameworks that enable a fast-growing product organization to execute efficiently, align stakeholders, and clearly demonstrate business impact.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, analytics, and cross-functional leadership, and who is passionate about transforming product organizations from output-focused to outcome-driven.
What You'll Do
Drive Product Operations & Cross-Functional Execution
- Own and manage the release calendar across multiple product platforms, ensuring coordinated launches and seamless customer experiences.
- Build scalable operating rhythms, launch governance, readiness processes, and post-release review frameworks.
- Establish and manage the operational backbone of the product organization, including meeting cadences, decision-making processes, escalation paths, and cross-functional coordination.
- Implement tools, automation, and AI-enabled workflows that improve team efficiency, accelerate decision-making, and deepen customer insights.
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering leaders to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered effectively and on time.
Connect Product Investments to Business Outcomes
- Design and maintain executive-level scorecards that tie product initiatives to measurable business outcomes, KPIs, and timelines.
- Track product performance and value realization after launch, answering the critical question: Did the investment drive the expected business impact?
- Partner with senior leadership and Finance to support product investment planning, growth initiatives, and market expansion opportunities.
- Develop reporting frameworks that provide visibility into product health, adoption, customer value, revenue impact, and retention.
Lead Communication & Organizational Alignment
- Own internal communication of product strategies, priorities, roadmaps, and launch activities.
- Ensure customer-facing teams are informed, prepared, and equipped to communicate product changes effectively.
- Bridge gaps between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to drive successful launches and customer outcomes.
- Translate complex initiatives into clear, actionable updates for executive stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

- Proven success leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, BI platforms, Jira, Confluence, or similar technologies.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to executive audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within a multi-product or multi-platform B2B SaaS environment.
- Background supporting AI initiatives, AI-powered workflows, or technology organizations undergoing AI transformation.
- Expertise in operational planning, product launch management, portfolio governance, and executive reporting.
What Makes You Successful
- You are outcome-driven and consistently connect processes, investments, and initiatives to measurable business results.
- You build trust and influence across teams without relying on direct authority.
- You bring operational discipline while maintaining speed and agility.
